Each of our stylists have their own individual cancelation policies. Please contact your stylist or check their social media pages to find out their cancelation policy.
If you purchase a product and realize it's no longer right for you, don't worry. You can return a product within 5 days to receive a full refund or you can exchange your product for another product within 10 days.
Gift cards are always available for purchase in-salon, and we welcome you to share the gift of beauty. Gift cards NEVER expire, however gift certificates do, as they are issued with an effective and expiration date, which you'll find noted on the certificate.
Salon W.O.W. guarantees all work and services rendered for up to one (1) week, conditional on the retail history. Salon W.O.W. cannot guarantee color work maintained with products NOT used or sold in house. We will be happy to make another appointment to determine how to best satisfy your expectations. Keep in mind, additional charges may apply if you have had a change of heart about a new color or cut.
Sometimes hair is unpredictable. In the event of a color correction, or if you are asking for services that may not be appropriate for your hair, you may be asked to sign a Release of Liability form acknowledging that you and your stylist have discussed the price and process. As a client, you retain the right to refuse to sign and to refuse any recommended services, but your stylist and the salon retain the right to deny service if we feel the integrity of your hair may be compromised.
